Conference photography in London is priced according to the length and requirements of your event. Our half-day conference photography package is £795 for up to 4 hours, while full-day coverage is £1,450 for up to 8 hours.

Half-day coverage is ideal for shorter conferences or focused sessions, while full-day coverage allows us to capture the complete story of your event, including guest arrivals, keynote speakers, presentations, audience interaction, networking, sponsors and the wider atmosphere.

For larger or multi-day conferences, we can also provide multiple photographers and tailored coverage to suit your schedule and requirements.

The number of images you receive depends on the length and activity of your event. Our priority is always quality over arbitrary image counts, ensuring you receive a strong, carefully edited selection that tells the story of your event. As a general guideline, we typically deliver around 40 professionally edited images per hour of coverage, although this can vary depending on the event and what is happening throughout the day.
