A shot list helps us understand your priorities, key moments, and any must-have images for marketing, press, or internal use. We’ll review your list together before the event to ensure everything is achievable within your schedule and venue layout.
Yes, all of our event photography packages include commercial usage rights as standard. This means you’re free to use the images across your marketing materials, website, social media, press releases, internal communications, and presentations without any additional licensing fees.
If you require extended usage (such as large-scale advertising, magazines, billboards, or third-party promotions on or offline, digital or print), we can easily arrange that too.
We’ll always clarify your intended use in advance to ensure you have the correct rights for your needs.

Yes. We travel to your office, business venue, or event location anywhere in London, including Canary Wharf, Westminster, and the O2 Business Centre.
Booking is easy. Just use our contact page to request a quote. We'll get back to you with availability and a tailored package based on your needs. We will then send over your invoice and on receipt a confirmation of your booking.

Absolutely. Light editing is included. Advanced retouching is available as an add-on.
We cover all of Greater and Central London, including areas like The City, Westminster, Chancery Lane, Canary Wharf, Shoreditch, and beyond.
All London-based shoots are covered. For shoots outside of London, a small travel fee may apply.
Your booking is confirmed once the invoice has been paid in full or as agreed in advance. We operate on a first-come, first-served basis, so prompt payment secures your chosen date.
Once your images are ready, you’ll receive a secure download link via email. All files are delivered electronically in high-resolution format and can be easily downloaded and shared.
Yes, all of our Photographers and Videographers have Liability insurance. London Photography Studios in addition holds it’s own Insurance policy.
For longer shoots over 5 hours our team will require a break & refreshments and meal. It ensures an easier day so the team does not have to leave the site to find food.
This can vary dependable upon the project. Generally you’ll receive around 50 edited images min per hour for events & 10 per person for individual Headshot sessions.
We use photographs for our Official Social Media & marketing unless you request otherwise during booking.
